Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you receive access to the downloadable files, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" — once downloaded or accessed, you retain a copy of the product.

Technical Issues

Duplicate Purchases

Bundle Upgrades

Team / Multi-User Use

Intellectual Property

All SMYTI products, including templates, designs, graphics, text, and code, are the intellectual property of SMYTI. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)

Digital Delivery

Refunds

• Individual Products: Include updates for that specific product (not future products)

Updates are provided at our discretion. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not in perpetuity.
